Doug Hare, Billy Smith Jr., &amp; Joseph Hollis joined together to build what is now owned by Billy Smith Jr. &amp; Joseph Hollis. When the owners made the decision to start IES, they wanted to be able to provide their clients with the best employees in the excavation industry. All IES field crews are Union Operators &amp; Union Laborers. Utilizing union operators and laborers enables IES to provide quality workmanship to our clients in a safe &amp; efficient manner.
